Welcome to Norman B. Barr Camp
Welcome to 2013 and another exciting year for Norman B. Barr Camp. The camp will officially open for the season on June 8th. This year we plan on hosting more children than ever before, proudly carrying on the legacy and misssion of Rev. Norman B. Barr. While continuing the traditions of Barr Camp, we endeavor to expand on Rev. Barr's vision and to adapt to the needs of the campers that we serve.
If you'd like to help the camp build upon this mission, we are asking for your support to assist our all-volunteer non-profit organization continue to provide totally free summer camp experiences to hundreds of children with special needs, summer experiences they would not receive without contributions from people like you. MWW-2013 accomplished three major projects in spite of the harsh weather as over a dozen volunteers arrived for the annual 3-day event. They scraped, repaired and painted the Pavillion, repaired the Women's Washroom floor in the Lodge, and gave the NBBC kitchen a new coat of paint!(Mac / iPad / iPhone users go to our Media page to view this show.)
